My UX Journey

Before I knew UX Design was a thing 6 years ago I wanted to start an app business when I was 19, studying tech companies and the value of customer experience, then I proceeded to make wireframes and prototypes in Photoshop.

After graduating I was unsure what to do, then I found out that there's an industry for me to show all the skills I honed in my dorm room out of genuine passion. I proceeded to study the industry and how it would fit my personality, natural strengths, and weaknesses.

I decided to study UX design intensely from the visual aspect, the software, and of course the most important part (in my humble opinion) the psychological theory, I'm a big believer that everything on the screen must serve a purpose. I did this by extensive research and taking multiple courses to make sure I was fully prepaid for any opportunity that would arise.

For the last 18 months, I've garnered some industry experience working as a lead designer for a local business in-home service industry, a national football academy and an international education consultant company as one of three designers.

Out of work

I have a natural interest in human psychology and creativity. My hobbies are photography, reading, and screenwriting. I also have a background in the music business, events, and tech industry.
